SERIES-S

OPTIMA 3D SERIES “S” is a 3D shuttle weaving machine which can be utilised with either jacquard or dobby shedding formats. 

Deploying cutting edge servo drives to all primary functions of the machine, and controlled via Optima’s digital platform software, this machine has fabric width from 50mm to 500mm with a fabric thickness of 100mm. The Series S is capable of producing a comprehensive range of 3D net shapes, billets, para beams and multi-layer textile architectures from a range of raw materials including carbon, glass, ceramic, aramid and organic fibres.

SERIES-M

OPTIMA 3D SERIES “M” is a 2D shuttle narrow fabric weaving machine and is available in three weaving widths, 100mm, 200mm & 300mm which can be utilised with either jacquard or dobby shedding formats.

This machine is specifically designed to weave fine count delicate yarns both in weft & warp and is suitable for producing seamless tubular fabrics used for surgical implants and other bio-medical textile applications. The Series M machine deploys the

same cutting-edge technology as the 

Series S machine with a weaving speed range of 60-80 Rpm.

SERIES-R

OPTIMA 3D SERIES “R” is a flexible rapier weaving machine which can be utilised with either jacquard or dobby shedding formats. 

Deploying cutting edge servo drives to all primary functions of the machine, and controlled via Optima’s digital platform software, this machine has a fabric width from 1000mm to 2500mm.

The Series R is capable of producing multi-Layer fabrics with a thickness of 25mm from a range of raw materials including carbon, glass, ceramic, aramid and organic fibres.

SERIES-RS

OPTIMA 3D SERIES “RS” is a Guided Shuttle loom which can be equipped with either Jacquard or Dobby shedding formats.

The primary application is for weaving specialist narrow fabrics such as seamless tubular fabric and fabrics which require structural integrity on each selvedge. The RS is capable of 2.5cm fabric thickness and a fabric width of 120cm. Optima's range of looms all deploy cutting edge drive & control technology offering excellent versatility via Optima's Digital Platform.
